Accelerate
Two boys were playing hockey at an outdoor arena when one is attacked by a Pit bull. Thinking quickly, the other boy rips a board off the nearby fence, wedges it down the dog's collar and twists, breaking the dog's neck. A reporter who was walking by saw the incident, and rushed over to interview the boy!
"Eston Ramblers fan saves friend from vicious animal," he starts writing in his notebook.
"But I'm not a Ramblers fan," the boy replied.
"Leader Flyers fan rescues friend from horrific attack," the reporter starts again.
"I'm not a Flyers fan either," the boy said.
"Then what are you?" the reporter asked.
"I'm a Kindersly Red Lions fan."
The reporter turns to a new sheet in his notebook and writes, "Redneck idiot kills family pet."

The Ramblers look to extend their winning streak to six games and beat the Kindersley Lions for the second straight time when the teams last meet two weeks ago Saturday. First Period not even five minutes of play Kindersley attacks our back-up goalie #30 Mitch Nash, as it takes the Lions into the lead 1-0. However Ramblers don't play with kittens, they take possession of power plays, so with 14:08 into play #21 Tyson Wuttunee sinks one in with the assist of #9 Brent Becker & #17 Donnie Hartsook. Clock shows 14:43, 35 seconds Ramblers #19 Quinn McLean steals the show with #21 Tyson Wuttunee & #17 Donnie Hartsook both assisting. The Lions strike again with goal number two and ties first period up.

Second Period #19 Quinn McLean & #9 Brent Becker takes Ramblers into the lead making the all of second period 3-2. Like a snake in the grass #22 Dayton McIvor scores Ramblers 4th and final goal 7:16 into third. Assisting him #19 Quinn McLean & #21 Tyson Wuttunee. Lions return the favor scoring their final goal making the game 4-3 for Ramblers. The Ramblers will try to win their season-high seventh straight game and avenge Leader Flyers next week when they play December 1 at 8:00 pm.

Hey that was a great game, little dissapointed Johnny wasn't in net, but I see what the coach was trying to do. Can't wait to see when Oyen and Eston go head to head soon.
